Admission Requirements
I. Student Permanent Record (SPR)
Accomplish the SPR Form from the Graduate School Office in PWU, or you can Download a copy to fill up and print.
II. Credentials
Bring the following:

* - Permit to Study is needed if the applicant's study is financed by the Government
